NAIRN County supporters have arranged a Coffee Morning for Saturday December 10th to support club funds.
Donald Wilson provided all of the details as he said: “Nairn County's supporters probably created history with the biggest fundraising initiative organised by any non-league club to build our new enclosure. Now, the club needs us more than ever for the bread and butter of sustaining day-to-day running costs rather than for capital projects.
“On Saturday December 10th, we have the first public fundraiser of the season with a coffee morning at the Royal British Legion at 10am. We have three youth teams, one first team, more than 200 fans turning up each week and fantastic goodwill from the public of Nairn. Between all our family and friends there is no reason why this event should not be a roaring success.
“Please support this event in any way you can – donations of non perishable goods are being accepted at Town Barbers and Uncle Bobs. We need bodies for setting up, running the raffle and bottle stalls, cake and candy, serving tables etc. But most importantly we need customers.
“So spread the word to your family and friends and get them to come along and support this event, which could be the equivalent to an extra home ‘gate’ providing much-needed revenue so the club can continue to build on the success so far this season.
Please phone or text me on 07592 821900 if you can help.”
