Lewis & Harris FA Select v Nairn County U20s - Preview

THE under-20sí season kicks off again after a two-month hiatus with a double-header of league and cup action, starting with this weekendís Jock Mackay Cup match against Lewis & Harris.

The tie will be the first time the team has been in action since their North Caledonian Cup tie away at Halkirk United in December and will be played at the Highland Football Academy in Dingwall.

The team are back in league action almost immediately after this tie as they have just over 48 hours to prepare themselves for an away derby fixture at Clachnacuddin as the North of Scotland League action resumes on Monday night. Preview of Saturdayís tie below:

Team news: The likes of Cohen Ramsay, Jordan MacRae, Dylan Mackenzie, Jack Maclean, Matty Macleod, Ryan Macleod, Craig Munro and Max Ewan are still young enough to feature at under-20s levels but have first team commitments while Callum Ednie is out with a hamstring injury. Coach Stuart Finnie also must contend with Andrew Colliar, Sam Gordon, Craig McDermott and Struan Tweedie having work commitments while Aaron Fraser and Sandy Main are both also unavailable. Finnie has called up Angus Davidson, Duncan Robertson and Logan Hallam from the clubís under-17s squad for this match.
